Service overview
FreelancerGuard provides client-inquiry risk scoring and scope creep email drafting tools for freelancers. The Red Flag Detector is rules-based and informational. The Email Generator uses AI to draft text based on the information you provide.
No professional advice
FreelancerGuard does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, deciding whether to work with a client, and using appropriate contracts or professional advisers where needed.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some features may require an account. Paid subscriptions are processed through Polar. Your access depends on your active plan and payment status.
Free tier limits
Free usage limits may apply to scans and email generations. We may change limits, pricing, and feature availability as the product develops.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to upload unlawful content, abuse the platform, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer scoring logic for manipulation, or interfere with the service.
User content
You are responsible for the text you submit. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information unless you have the right to do so. Raw inquiry text is not stored by the app, but generated requests are processed by our service providers to produce results.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Paid plans renew according to the terms shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal where available. Refunds are handled case by case unless required by applicable law.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep FreelancerGuard reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms as the product evolves.
